Out Of Synch is a pedagogical practice to recognize different kinds of personal and interpersonal conflicts in life and to cultivate techniques to deal with those conflicts in the setting of a collective filmmaking workshop.  It is an approach not only to use filmmaking as a channeling device to project hidden voices, but also a medium to facilitate better communication among people who may be distanced because of their differences.
